Maiden Voyage

It was not yet two weeks after the inauguration of Barack Obama as president of these United States of America, that I started a blog to see how we to use this tool to get into closer contact with those I live with, people I know and people I work for (employer, staff, customers). Am I ready? Don't know. I realize that it would be helpful if I had something to say that readers could react to. After that realization I decided to first worry about how to attract visitors to the blog. That's kind of how it got started.

In this blog I will document cases in which Customer Service was anything but. Consider this introduction the beginning of 'whatever', which is truly the universal expression of 'I don't care and I do not want to talk about it either'. Customer Service organizations, you are on notice.
